Many people ask where the name Ole came from ---> for the record it's OLEEE not OLAY!
Ole was the nickname of my grandpa Olof from Sweden. My parents gave me Ole as my middle
name to pay homage to our family’s past. I felt it was an appropriate name for my company
which is partly inspired by history. Before I created Ole I found it very difficult to
find shirts that were tastefully designed, nicely fitted and of good quality. I also to
be a walking billboard?

I felt there was a void in the mens t-shirt industry and saw this as an opportunity to
create something better! All of our tees are limited editions with a vintage look / feel.
Our graphics are meticulously designed and silk-screened by hand in beautiful Vancouver
BC, Canada! Inspiration for our designs comes from everywhere - culture, symbolism and
just random things we see traveling.
